“I have been a patient of Dr. Cluff's for many years. I find him to be very caring, knowledgeable and has so much patience. He also took care of my terminally ill husband and words cannot express my gratitude for his kindness and expressions of sympathy when my husband passed. I think he is the greatest doctor ever.”

“I really like the TLC Family health model because it gives me direct control of my costs and the ultimate in flexibility. You do have to manage your own insurance and find out what pricing model works best for you, but for a little extra consideration on your part, you can get the best of both worlds. I find the additional freedom and control is worth the time spent. If your insurance isn't so great or if you have high deductibles, you can even end up saving a lot of money. The lab work here is at cost and the cheapest I've found so far. You mostly pay for the doctor's time for services (with significantly reduced rates for members). This means that I book directly on the website the amount of time I need to discuss my issues. It takes two minuets to book online and I can see all of the available times when I book. I can even book virtual appointments via video chat or phone if necessary. If I have a question about my lab results after our appointment, I can simply message the doctor directly through the portal and they'll get back with me in a business day (and usually much sooner in my experience). Dr. Cluff, who runs this practice, has been my primary care physician since 2005. He has an excellent bedside manor and I love his interactive and collaborative approach to managing my health. He's very knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain the situation and discuss my options in a candid and open way. In my experience with a number of doctors, this is a valuable trait. I strongly recommend TLC Family Health and Dr. Cluff to anyone looking for a physician!”
“Dr. Cluff is the best doctor. I was a patient of his when he was with Baylor so when he went on his own in Direct Primary Care, then I took time to study and see how it worked and its awesome. Also, Dr Cluff takes time to explain everything to you and is just an AWESOME doctor. My wife and I are very blessed. My wife's first language is Spanish and Dr Cluff is fluent in Spanish.”

“Absolutely enjoyed having been seen by Dr Braswell. She listened, assessed, gave her professional opinion. We spoke about my concerns wether big or little, she made me feel cared for and let it be known were no big or little concerns. You know one thing I've noticed with many healthcare places is they will always ask 'are you depressed?' In my head, I don't think I am, but for many people they don't know what depression is. Dr. Braswell took the time to explain what that looks like and gave dierent scenarios of real life depression. For that I am grateful. From her cheerful attitude to her joyful heart, I am very much impressed with this physician. Will recommend her services to any and all friends and family! Also I felt I had 100% of her attention and did not feel rushed during my time and for that I'm appreciative of! Thank you so so much Dr Bras-well!”
