Dr. Cluff will be out of the office from May 3-7 for a funeral. He apologizes for the inconvenience. However, as usual, he is reachable (and will be available) through the Elation Passport patient portal – or, if an emergency, through his cell phone number, which was provided in the PowerPoint presentation attached to the welcome email you received when you first signed up. A medical assistant will be available every day (during our usual hours) to help provide care with his orders. His (amazing) Physician Assistant, Becky, may have some availability, as may his (also amazing) partner, Dr. Braswell, if you need to be seen. We thank you for your patience.

CoVID-19 Notice

If you have symptoms that are suspicious for CoVID-19, please do not schedule an in-office visit without getting tested first and are negative. Because you can purchase (subsidized) CoVID-19 tests at pharmacies for much less than it would cost in our office, we do not carry them. If you have not been tested, you are still welcome to schedule a telephone or video visit.

To have it/them performed at our office, please schedule by clicking the button at the bottom right. If you prefer (e.g., if you would like to use your insurance) to have your labs done at a CPL or LabCorp draw station, simply send us a message through the portal.

When booking your appointment, choose the amount of time you would like to reserve based on the following guidelines.   The types/lengths of appointments available with Dr. Cluff, Dr. Braswell, and Becky Maxwell, PA-C are, according to level of complexity:

• Simple (20 minutes) – this is reserved for refills for, or follow-up of, 1-2 established, controlled problems, OR one simple new problem, OR SLIM TLC follow-up visits

• Moderate (40 minutes) – e.g., Male physical exam, well-child exam, or pre-participation physical (alone or combined with follow-up of 1-2 established, controlled problems), OR 2-3 new or uncontrolled problems; OR follow-up of 3-4 established, controlled problems

• Complex (60 minutes) – e.g., Well-woman exam (alone or combined with other issues), OR Male physical exam, well-child exam, or pre-participation physical AND 1-2 new or uncontrolled problems; OR Male physical exam, well-child exam, or pre-participation physical AND follow-up of 3-4 established, controlled problems; OR 4+ new or uncontrolled problems; OR follow-up of 5+ established, controlled problems; OR initial SLIM TLC visits
